John Hollenbeck, US Army Reserves safely returned from a 12 month deployment to Northern Iraq with the 98th Division (NY State). Awarded the Bronze Star Medal for having "distinguished himself in combat operations".

War is a terrible ugly thing and the nation sleeps secure only because there are courageous men like John who are willing to risk the dangers of combat.
